Jesten Peters, President and Founder, Keys of Authority Ministries, Inc., Palatka, FL
Running the day to day operations of Keys of Authority Ministries, Inc. as President and Founder since December 2005, Jesten Peters has been doing some form of ministry for approximately 50 years, starting out with teaching Sunday School at her local church as a teenager before becoming an Interim Youth Director, teaching college and career classes, and doing jail ministry. In December 2015, Keys of Authority Ministries celebrated its 10th birthday.
In Jesten’s role, she oversees all book meetings, prepares for and speaks at meetings at churches, conferences, and other locations, and holds annual board meetings to share goals and opportunities of ministry for the coming year.
Jesten first started her study for ministry at the Detroit campus of Central Bible College studying theology. Next, she attended and graduated from RHEMA Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. After moving to Georgia, she ministered in two women’s prisons in middle Georgia through AGLOW International for nearly 10 years. After moving to Florida, she continued her study and earned a Bachelor of Theology in 2001, followed by a Master of Theology in 2013, while continuing to minister.

Having taught for 34 years as an elementary school teacher with students with special needs, Dr. Ruth Reynolds is now in her second year teaching as a Professor in the School of Education at Olivent Nazarene University. In her role, she is teaching course that prepare teacher candidates to be licensed in special education and to teach middle school.

Teaching for Los Angeles Unified School District, which is located in the City of Los Angeles, Gail A. Willis has been teaching since 1996. Teaching multiple subjects to grade five Gifted and Talented students, she has served as a Master Teacher, is a community leader, and currently the President of the South Los Angeles Area Planning Commission since September 2013. Gail has served as an Educator and Community Activist for approximately 20 years.
